Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kora VPN website and VPN service (the "Service"), operated by Kora VPN ("we", "us"). By purchasing a pass or connecting to the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Kora VPN provides short-lived, disposable VPN passes using the WireGuard protocol. Each pass grants access for a fixed duration (for example 48 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days) and expires automatically. The Service is provided for lawful, personal use such as gaming, streaming, and private browsing.

2. No warranty of specific outcomes

We do not guarantee that the Service will unblock any particular website, application, or service, or that it will be available at all times. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

  • use the Service only for lawful purposes;
  • not use the Service to send spam, launch attacks, or abuse any network;
  • not redistribute, resell, or share your pass with third parties;
  • not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

4. Payments

  • Card payments are processed by Stripe. Crypto payments are confirmed manually by our team after you submit a transaction hash.
  • A pass is activated only after payment is confirmed.
  • Passes are time-limited and non-renewable. Once a pass expires, you must purchase a new one to continue.

5. Refunds

Because passes are short-lived and delivered instantly, refunds are granted at our discretion. If something went wrong with your purchase, contact us at the address below and we will do our best to help.

6. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a pass at any time if these Terms are breached or to protect the Service. Expired passes are removed automatically.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will reflect the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
